A qualified Mechanical engineer from premier Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT),
with 47+ year of experience in various areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate
Sustainability, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Material Management, Supply Chain,
Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, Project Commissioning, Financial Management, NGO and
Academia.
Mr. Midha has long stint at Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is
an Indian central public sector enterprise (CPSE). It is under the ownership of Ministry of Heavy
Industries, Government of India. The BHEL is India's largest government owned power generation
equipment manufacture
Mr. Midha was a member of Core Committee of Department of Public Enterprises for CSR and
Sustainable Development policy implementation, capacity building across all CPSEs
An ambassador of CSR and Sustainable development movement, Mr. Midha, work closely with
Academia (TISS, Scope, IICA, IMI, APIM, ICCSR, AMITY, AIMT, Princeton academy, Ligaya, OPJGU,
GL Bajaj Institute) to train young students, policy advocacy, NGO, Stakeholders and Corporate (REC,
IREDA, THDC, IOC, BEL, ICAI) trainings and capacity building and CSR projects impact assessment
and evaluation for variety of fields like areas of Hospitality, Para medical staff, Education, malnutrition
supplement, Swachhta Abhiyan (WASH and ODF), Aganwadi adoption, Village Adoption
